Hey Rick,
It sounds great! Taco Bell exec’s loved the piece. And I wanted to take some time and thank you for squeezing me into your schedule. As soon as the duplication process is over, I’ll mail you a copy.
Once again, you did a fantastic job!
Dear Rick,
You’re spoiling us! We’re starting to expect wonderful musical compositions and you keep cranking them out. Your latest, “The Ballad of Bud”, was just incredible! Your music and sound effects had our senior management rolling. It was a perfect match to the video.
In our rush we sometimes forget to thank all the folks who, though they may not always be in the spotlight, are crucial to the success of a piece. So let me take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate you and your work.
Thank you.
Dear Rick,
I would be remiss in not thanking you once more for the absolutely terrific job you did in composing and recording the original music and sound effects for the recent video I produced for Carl’s Jr.
It wasn’t easy designing a 19-minute video program that has to hold the attention of a younger audience. However, your creative musical work helped the program to play at a good pace while delivering the message with just the right entertainment value.
A note of gratefulness is also in order for the weekend work you put in to enable the project to be delivered on time. You were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to tapping your services again in the near future.
Sincerely,
Dear Rick,
The “Premiere Collection Image” was the culmination of much combined effort. With the expert script writing of Marshall Riggan, the dynamic special effects of The Post Group, and the voice of Thurl Ravenscroft, aka the voice of “Tony The Tiger”, the choice of a composer who could bring emotion and life to this special piece was a critical one.
After much consideration, I chose you not only because of your excellent musical talent, but because you go beyond the call and pour your soul into what you do.
We would like to commend you for your contribution to this piece. Your original music tied all the ends together and gave it that emotional thrill which only your touch could bring.
In fact, I feel a great confirmation of appreciation came several days ago when, upon playing the finished project for Quincy Jones, one of his comments was that “the music is wonderful!”
Rick, thank you for your contribution of excellence.
Dear Rick.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to you for all the many times you have come to our aid, not only with your musical genius but also your keen marketing intellect. You’ve been a tremendous asset to us ever since the days when we were just a struggling company doing no more than $100,000 worth of business a year. Now that Hooked on Phonics has become a fifty-million dollar a year enterprise, I want to remind you that your talent is in no small way responsible for our success.
Without hesitation, I would sincerely and completely recommend you for any job you might consider, from writing a jingle to scoring a full-length motion picture.
I look forward to working together, now and in the future.
Dear Rick,
I am writing to thank you for your invaluable contribution to my award-winning film short, “A Spark of Being”, and helping propel it to First Place winner in the Cinemagic Magazine competition! Your original music and sound effects were the perfect audio counterpart for my visuals, which I put together over the course of a year-and-a-half, using the painstaking technique of stop-motion animation. Everyone who has watched “A Spark of Being” has, without exception, commented on your fantastic soundtrack. Best of luck to you in the future. You will be hearing from me again when I go to make my first full-length motion picture masterpiece!
Again, Rick, thank you so very much. I do not believe I would have won this competition without you!
